In the opulent boardroom, investors were growing restless as they awaited the arrival of Damien Montenegro. Mr. Marcus, one of the investors, couldn't contain his frustration any longer. "We can't just sit here and wait for Damien Montenegro endlessly. We are investing in his company yet we are the ones waiting for him," he complained bitterly. The others nodded in agreement, yet they all knew there was nothing they could do. Damien was a force to be reckoned with, and no one dared to cross him. Only a fool would have a death wish and attempt to face him.

Suddenly, the door swung open, and Damien Montenegro strode in with an air of confidence that filled the room. "Mr. Marcus, You were saying?" he said, his voice smooth yet laced with a hint of danger. Mr. Marcus quickly stammered, "Nothing, Nothing, Mr. Montenegro." Damien then turned to his assistant, Max, and simply said, "Begin with the presentation." Max nodded and made his way to the presentation board.

"The business of landscaping in the United States is always evolving," Max began. "Given the numerous changes in recent years, Mr. Montenegro has decided to make significant design alterations as well." He paused for a moment, glanced at everyone in the room, and then continued, tapping on the screen. "As you are aware, hotels typically have one large lawn and a garden. However, in our new concept," he said, emphasizing the point with another tap, "there will be two huge lawns and two gardens."

Mr. Marcus, unable to hold his tongue, interrupted. "Why are the two gardens necessary?" he asked. Damien's eyes narrowed, and he shot a warning glare at Mr. Marcus. "Mr. maggots or whatever you're called, next time you cut off my employee's speech like that again, you just might not survive to see another presentation," he said coldly. He then took over from where Max was interrupted. "Every event in a hotel is centered around business and often involves alcohol, which is commonplace. But adding a touch of novelty won't harm anyone," he said, pointing at the screen. "The second garden will be dedicated solely to entertainment. It will feature a pool, a planted coconut tree, and a beach hammock. This area is designed for clients who wish to swim, drink, and socialize." He zoomed in on the screen to provide a better view. "The pool area can also be expanded to offer a wider and more magnificent vista for those desiring a pool party." He paused briefly before concluding, "There is also a lawn beside the garden, which will accommodate various party games such as billiards, darts, card games, and ping pong, to name just a few."

The room was so silent that one could hear a pin drop. "Do you all understand now?" Damien asked. Mr. Ramis spoke up, "So you mean one garden and a lawn are for business purposes, while the others are exclusively for entertainment?" "Exactly," Damien replied. "Any complaints, suggestions, or additions?" he asked, turning slowly towards Mr. Marcus with a smirk. "Your mom says you complain a lot, Marcus. Throw something at me," he taunted. Mr. Marcus thought to himself, "Devil, trying to get me upset. Even though he's an arrogant dickhead, he's good at his work." Damien smirked, knowing full well that if they only knew he could hear their thoughts, they would never think such things again. "If there are no complaints, that will be the end of this meeting," he said, standing up and walking out of the room with Max by his side.

Damien Montenegro, a ruthless billionaire vampire, cut an imposing figure. His human-like appearance was deceiving to those who didn't know his true nature. As a vukodlak vampire, he possessed the powers of witches and werewolves, allowing him to shapeshift at will.

"Damien, your father would like to see you," Max said, interrupting his thoughts. Max was the closest thing Damien had to a best friend, but he knew better than to test Damien's patience with friendly insults.

"What does that old man want again?" Damien groaned, his tone filled with annoyance.
