I'm Chassy, an omega from the Red Moon Pack. Life has been nothing but a nightmare for me ever since I can remember. My father abandoned us when I was a child, and my mother, instead of showing love, constantly yelled at me, making me feel like a burden. In the pack, I was the target of everyone's ridicule. The young omegas formed a clique to torment me, and the pack members, including those in training, never missed a chance to mock my inability to shift. School, which should have been a refuge, was no different. I was ignored and excluded, and eventually, I dropped out, thinking it wouldn't change my situation.
The situation took a turn when I discovered that Alpha Xander was my mate. When I first smelled his intoxicating scent outside his room, my heart sank, fearing rejection. And that's exactly what happened. After a passionate encounter, he coldly told me to leave, treating me like a casual fling. This rejection hurt me more than all the previous mistreatment I endured. I felt betrayed and heartbroken, wondering why the moon goddess would pair me with such a cruel mate.
Months passed, and Alpha Xander didn't talk to me. I was left in a state of confusion and pain. Then, I learned that another she-wolf was going to have a Luna's ceremony. Realizing that he would never choose me, I decided to take matters into my own hands. I visited him one last time, shared an intimate night with him, and then, with a heavy heart, I rejected him and left the pack. I declared myself a lone wolf, running deep into the woods.
Exhausted and heartbroken, I ended up by a stream. Just when I thought my life couldn't get any worse, I was confronted by a big brown wolf. To my surprise, the wolf shifted into an older man, who turned out to be Alpha Jay. He, along with his beta and gamma, were kind to me. Alpha Jay offered me a place in his pack when I told him I had nowhere to go. For the first time in my life, I felt a glimmer of hope and comfort around these strangers.
As we drove to the pack house in the SUV, with the sun rising, I felt a sense of anticipation. I was looking forward to a new start, away from the pain and humiliation of my past. I hoped that this new pack would be the home I never had, where I could finally find acceptance and love.
This is my story, a journey from the depths of despair to the brink of hope. It's a tale of rejection, courage, and the search for a place to belong. Will I finally find the peace and happiness I've always yearned for in this new pack? Only time will tell.
