In the mystical world of Wolf Fa ll Pack, Evolet, a young and determined omega, dreams of a better life. When Queen Chriselda announces a Luna Hunt for her son, Alpha Allen, it seems like the perfect opportunity for Evolet to escape poverty and claim the prestigious title.

However, her mother vehemently opposes, believing Evolet is unfit due to her inability to summon her wolf. Undeterred, Evolet decides to pursue her dream, only to face betrayal from her supposed best friend, Fiona. Fiona, also vying for Alpha Allen's affection, reveals Evolet's plans to her mother and signs up for the hunt herself.

As if things couldn't get worse, on the night before the hunt, Evolet is chased by the pack guards after a mysterious air horn alerts the pack. Just when she thinks it's the end, a strange and handsome man with silver eyes, Cadell, rescues her. Evolet initially mistakes him for a pervert due to their previous encounters, but soon realizes he may be her only hope. She pleads with Cadell to pose as her wolf in the hunt, offering a kiss in return. Cadell, who is considered an enemy of the pack, refuses, fearing the consequences.

The next day, the hunt commences. The first tasks involve answering questions about the pack and royal family, and Evolet manages to survive the elimination round, much to Fiona's dismay. But the real challenge comes in the final round of the day - a fight in beast form in an open arena. Evolet's worst fears are realized as she is unable to summon her wolf and becomes the target of ridicule. Just when all seems lost, Cadell arrives in his wolf form, small yet fierce. He helps Evolet turn the tide of the battle, and she emerges victorious, much to the shock of everyone, including the Queen and Alpha Allen.

Fiona accuses Evolet of cheating, but with the help of her new friend Derby, Evolet convinces the Queen to let Cadell stay, citing the late Luna Violet's example of befriending other creatures. After the battle, Evolet is assigned a room in the mansion, and as she explores her new quarters with Cadell, a moment of intimacy almost occurs between them. But they are interrupted by Derby, saving Evolet from a potentially compromising situation.
