The story begins on the western border, where Billy Gardner, the supreme commander of the Army of Bloodshadow and known as the King of the West, has just finished a three - month - long battle. Amidst the carnage, he receives voicemail messages from a little girl named Tasha, who claims to be his daughter and says she has been kidnapped. Billy is shocked and enraged when he realizes the truth, especially since he had ignored similar messages during the battle.

He immediately orders his lieutenant, Casey Kimmons, to make arrangements to get to Ozin as quickly as possible. Meanwhile, Tasha is in the hands of a group of criminals. They are discussing her fate, which is to be used as a heart donor for another child. Tasha is terrified but her father will come to save her.

Billy and Casey arrive in Cloud City, following the trail of Tasha's phone. They first go to an abandoned factory where they find that they are too late. Then, they learn from Black Tortoise that Tasha's location is in Cloud City. They proceed to the Cloud City Earth Hotel to find Harleen, Tasha's mother. There, Billy sees Harleen with Tony Pena, which makes him angry. However, he later discovers that Harleen was only trying to get Tony's help to find Tasha.

After learning that the four kidnappers are dead, Billy and Casey continue their investigation. They visit Harleen's home, where they encounter Tony Pena again, who threatens Harleen's family. Billy and Casey deal with Tony and his men. From Harleen, they get a crucial clue - Tasha had her blood type checked at a private hospital after getting injured.

At the hospital, they confront the doctor, who reveals that it was Firewolf, one of Neal Hoffman's (the leader of Cloud City's underground forces) top henchmen, who forced him to do it. The mastermind is Neal, and Tasha was taken for organ transplantation for a child of the Thunder family. Billy attacks Neal's birthday party at The Horizon. He single - handedly defeats hundreds of Neal's men, kills Neal and Firewolf, and discovers that Tasha has been taken to the city of Enssea for a heart transplant.

Billy then goes after Ainsley Thunder, whose daughter needs the heart transplant. At a club, he and Casey confront Ainsley. Billy beats Ainsley and forces him to call his father, Garth Thunder. Billy threatens Garth to bring Tasha back unharmed within three hours, or else he will kill Ainsley and all members of the Thunder family.

Garth, who is in Enssea with Tasha, decides to return to Cloud City. He mobilizes all the Thunder family's forces and calls for help from other top families in Cloud City, such as the Pena, Meyer, and Blount families. Meanwhile, Billy takes Ainsley to an empty tea house to wait for Garth.

At the tea house, they are soon confronted by Iris Thunder, Ainsley's sister. She brings a large number of people, but Casey easily defeats them. Iris tries to use Tasha as a bargaining chip, but Billy is determined to save his daughter and take revenge on the Thunder family for what they have done.

The story is a thrilling ride, full of intense action scenes, emotional turmoil, and a father's unwavering determination to save his daughter. It also explores the themes of family, betrayal, and the fight against injustice in a world filled with powerful and corrupt forces.
