Alora's days start with the cruel torment of her roommates, Ella, Anita, and Cassy. They subject her to humiliation and abuse daily, from pouring ice - cold water on her to making her sleep in the most uncomfortable conditions. Working as a servant in a wealthy household since she was five, Alora has known nothing but hardship. But her nightmare doesn't end there.
